Service Description

An examination process including history, selected tests and measures to identify potential and existing movement-related disorders to establish a plan of care. Return to prior level of function is emphasized and goals are established accordingly. Includes a short treatment session, skilled manual therapy to begin restoring mobility, & a tailored home exercise program. *also available via Zoom
